On November 13, the Robert Alexis Traiteur team provided catering services for the swearing-in ceremony of newly elected officials at City Hall. There were over 300 guests in attendance, and, for the occasion, our chef prepared a barley and Alfred le Fermier cheese risotto, showcasing the local terroir. Also on the gourmet menu: a wide variety of stations and platters celebrating Quebec cheeses and sausages. A successful event that will go down in history.
